Mamie Minch’s new band, Midnight Hours, at 92Y Tribeca Friday, May 27th, 9 pm
A new project featuring JC Hopkins, Mamie Minch, and special guests, Midnight Hours has been quietly popping up around town and blowing away all those lucky enough to catch it live. JC Hopkins is a playwright, poet, filmmaker, painter, piano bar entertainer, Grammy nominated composer of wry, inventive tunes and front man for one of the hippest little big bands in the country, the JC Hopkins Biggish Band. Mamie Minch is a breathtakingly talented singer and guitarist and interpreter of vintage blues songs. Together they’re Midnight Hours. The show will feature an opening set by Al Duvall.
